How do I get started?

Get Pulli from /download, generate a key at /key, and install the browser extension. No email required. The key is the account.

Which browsers work with Pulli?

Chrome, Arc, Brave, and Edge work. Firefox and Safari aren't supported yet.

How does the browser extension work?

The extension catches download links from your browser and sends them to Pulli. Install it from the Chrome Web Store; it works with any Chromium browser.

Visit /key and generate one. It's free. Your key looks like pulli-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and stays on your device.

What happens if I lose my key?

If you attached an email to your account, recover it at /key. Without an email on file, we can't recover a lost key.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Stop renewing on /key. Pro continues until the end of the paid period, then the key lapses to Free. Your fetches stay on your Mac. Refunds: email support@pulli.app.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Delete the key at /key, or email us. That removes the license and its activations. Event and metrics rows stay because they have no key on them. Deleting a Pro key also asks Suby to stop renewing at period end.
