Is Pulli free?

Yes. The free license covers the full download manager: resumable, parallel, browser-integrated fetches. Pro adds power-user features like more parallel downloads, proxy support, and logins. See the pricing page for the breakdown.

What data does Pulli collect?

No email required. The key is the account. We activate it and check for updates. Usage data and diagnostic logs are opt-in, both off by default. What you fetch stays on your Mac. Full list on /privacy.

Which browsers work with Pulli?

Chrome, Arc, Brave, and Edge work. Firefox and Safari aren't supported yet.

What macOS version do I need?

macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later.

Is there a Windows or Linux version?

Not yet. macOS only for now, with Linux likely before Windows.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@pulli.app with the link and what happened — what you expected, what Pulli did instead. Every report helps.
